Justin Baldoni Not ‘In The Best Place’ In Resurfaced Interview Before Blake Lively Legal Drama

Justin Baldoni admitted to having an “intense” year in a newly released interview that was recorded before the legal drama began with his “It Ends With Us” co-star Blake Lively. Baldoni appears in an episode of the “Gent’s Talk Podcast” that was recorded in November and published Feb. 10. “This morning, I sent a text message to my best friend Jamey and the president of my company, Tera, and I told them that I wasn’t in the best place,” Baldoni said on the podcast. “I told them that I was exhausted, that I haven’t given myself time to recover or time to heal. I had an intense year.” In December, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassment and of orchestrating a retaliatory smear campaign, allegations he has denied. Baldoni responded with a $400 million lawsuit against her with multiple allegations including defamation and extortion, which she has denied.
