George Clooney Jokes Wife Amal Has To Hear Him Practice Lines ‘All Day Long’ For Broadway Debut
George Clooney is preparing to make his Broadway debut with “Good Night, and Good Luck”! Access Hollywood spoke to the actor about his preparation to portray Edward R. Murrow onstage, after co-starring as Fred W. Friendly and directing the original 2005 film. “It’s really fun. I mean, I haven’t done a play in 40 years. Last time I did a play was at Steppenwolf in Chicago in 1986, so it’s terrifying to me,” he shared. George also shared an update on life with his wife Amal Clooney and their children and playfully kept coy on their Valentine’s Day plans. Plus, he revealed who he’s rooting for in Super Bowl LIX and dished on working with Adam Sandler in the upcoming film “Jay Kelly.” Previews for “Good Night, and Good Luck” begin on Broadway on March 12.
