Cynthia Erivo Dishes On Her 2025 Golden Globes Experience: ‘Too Much Fun’

Cynthia Erivo is recounting all the fun she had at the 82nd Golden Globes! While attending the National Board of Review Gala on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in New York City, where she and costar Ariana Grande were awarded with the NBR Spotlight Award, the actress dished to Access Hollywood on her recent experience at the award show. “We had a little bit too much fun! We were ridiculous,” she shared before listing off some of the standout moments. “At one point Sharon Stone was sitting on Kate Winslet’s lap while we were turned around having a chat – a lot of crazy things. Kristen Bell was sitting right between us because she couldn’t get back to her table – we were ridiculous!” Plus, Cynthia shared how she’ll be celebrating her 38th birthday – which is Jan. 8. “I am going to be working; I’m flying to work. But the next day I’m going to do a little shopping and take myself on a nice trip and chill out for a day,” she revealed, adding, “I don’t know when I’m going to get a vacation. I don’t know when that’s going to happen, but I like my work. It’s okay – I’ll get it eventually!”
