TLC’s ‘1000-Lb. Sisters’ Amy Slaton Arrested At Zoo For Drug Possession, Child Endangerment

“1000-Lb. Sisters” star Amy Slaton is facing child endangerment and drug possession charges after she was arrested at a Tennessee zoo on Monday, Sept. 2. In a post on Facebook Monday, the Crockett County Sheriff’s Dept. confirmed the arrest writing that they responded to a request to Safari Park where “a guest allegedly was bitten by a camel” but upon arrival were “immediately overtaken by suspicious odors coming from the guest’s vehicle.” Police also said that the reality star was arrested on “illegal possession of Schedule I, illegal possession of Schedule VI, and two counts of child endangerment,” adding that Brian Scott Lovvorn was also in the car and is facing the same charges. Both subjects have been booked into the Crockett County Jail. Access Hollywood has reached out to representatives for Slaton and is also attempting to reach Lovvorn for comment.
