Tara also emotionally got candid about being affected by the LA fires, sharing, “Our entire community is gone. My house is damaged but it’s still there … It’s just in the middle of rubble and ash everywhere.” Tara also shared that she will be a part of the “Legacy on Ice” benefit in Washington, D.C. on March 2 to honor the victims of D.C. plane crash. “It just it breaks my heart to know these skaters, their families, their loved ones at home … And the skating world is a small, tight knit community.
