TMZ reports that law enforcement confirmed there was a suicide note left where the 40-year-old dancer was found dead on Tuesday. Access Hollywood has reached out to the Los Angeles County coroner for comment. The Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner ruled tWitch’s cause of death as a suicide, as he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, and that the case is now closed, Access Hollywood confirmed.
