Simone Biles & Suni Lee Were ‘Freaking Out’ During Olympics All-Around Final Calculating Scores

Simone Biles and Suni Lee are reflecting on the Women’s All-Around Final at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The two ladies chatted with reporters at a press conference following the event and Simone revealed she was “stressing” competing against Brazil’s Rebecca Andrade. After her epic gold-medal win, Simone sported a GOAT necklace and told reporters why she opted for the fun accessory. “My GOAT necklace is just kind of an ode because the people love it and then some people hate it, so it’s like the best of both worlds,” she said. “I was like, ‘Okay, if it goes well, we’ll wear the GOAT necklace, I know people will go crazy over it.’ But at the end of the day, it is crazy that I am in the conversation of greatest of all athletes because I just still think I’m Simone Biles of Spring, Texas that loves to flip.” Suni also admitted she and Simone were “freaking out” calculating scores during the final. “Having Simone here today, definitely helped me a lot because we were both freaking out, so it just felt nice to know that I wasn’t freaking out by myself,” Suni told reporters. “We were literally like calculating. What did I say? I was like, ‘I don’t even know how to do math in my head and she’s like me either,” she added.
