Miley Cyrus Reveals How She Felt When Fiancé Maxx Morando Proposed: ‘So Surprised’

Miley Cyrus is spilling the tea on her engagement! In a new interview with “Good Morning America” which aired Dec. 3, the Grammy winner revealed that fiancé Maxx Morando popped the question during a recent trip to Asia. “I am not easy to surprise because I love to control every situation, and I had completely surrendered — and I’m telling you I was so, so, so surprised,” she explained to ABC’s Chris Connelly before showing off her engagement ring. “He did good,” she added. The couple first sparked engagement speculation when they stepped out to the global premiere of 20th Century Studios’ “Avatar: Fire And Ash” in Los Angeles on Dec. 1, where eagle-eyed fans noticed the “Hannah Montana” alum was sporting some bling on her ring finger. Cyrus and Morando have been romantically linked since 2021.
