Justin Baldoni Plans To Sue Blake Lively & Release All Their Text Messages, Attorney Says
It appears Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal battle is only beginning. The director’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, spoke exclusively to NBC News and revealed they plan on suing his “It Ends With Us” co-star and shut down accusations that there was a smear campaign against the “Gossip Girl” alum. “100% no,” Freedman told NBC News. “You know Justin Baldoni from the get-go said I don’t want to do anything negative toward her. I don’t want to hurt her,” he added. Freedman also revealed he is willing to release all text messages between Lively and Baldoni. Lively’s attorney responded to questions about Baldoni’s suit saying nothing in this lawsuit changes anything about the claims in her civil rights complaint where she accuses him of allegedly sexual harassing her. Blake also filed a lawsuit against him and Wayfarer Studios, Access Hollywood confirms. But where does Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds fall in all this. The “Deadpool” star is mentioned in Baldoni’s libel lawsuit against the New York Times and legal analyst and trial attorney, Misty Marris, told Access Hollywood if he would have to testify in court.
