Jimmy Kimmel, Amanda Seyfried and Elon Musk are among the public figures who are speaking out after a mother of three, identified as Renee Nicole Good, was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in Minneapolis on Jan. 7. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey expressed their outrage after the incident, with Frey forcefully saying during a press conference, “To ICE, get the f—k out of Minneapolis.” Meanwhile, that same day, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem claimed the officer acted in “self-defense,” an allegation that President Trump and Vice President Vance appear to support while Minnesota officials dispute.
