Hoda Kotb Says A ‘Scary’ Part Of Being An ‘Older Mom’ Is ‘Wondering How Much Time You Have Left’

Hoda Kotb is getting candid about being an “older mom.” On Tuesday’s episode of “Today,” the 57-year-old anchor had a heart-to-heart conversation with Jenna Bush Hager about motherhood and aging. During the chat, she revealed to her co-host that people have come up to her and said, “Wait, you’re their mother?” when she’s with her two daughters. “It had nothing to do with whether or not she thought I was too old to be their mother,” Hoda said. “I think I was thinking, one of the scary parts about being an older mom is wondering how much time you have. You do the math a lot and that’s something I don’t like doing because it’s scary.”
