Donald Trump Loudly Booed During Washington Commanders NFL Game

Donald Trump was met with loud boos while attending the Washington Commanders versus Detroit Lions NFL game over the weekend. On Sunday, Nov. 9, the President arrived to Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland alongside House Speaker Mike Johnson, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and other members of his administration after Air Force conducted a flyover above the stadium. The 79-year-old’s appearance marks the first time a sitting U.S. president attended a regular-season NFL game in nearly 50 years, with the previous one being President Carter in 1978. At one point, the President was shown on the screen during Sunday’s game as he read Oath of Enlistment to service members with many boos being heard in the stadium, as well as a few cheers.
