Beyoncé’s Mom Tina Knowles Jokes Blue Ivy Is a ‘Bossy Little Capricorn’ Like Grandma

Tina Knowles is sharing what she and granddaughter Blue Ivy have in common! During a Feb. 24 appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” Beyoncé’s mother shared how she reacted to her daughter’s success at the 2025 Grammys as she also joked about her 13-year-old granddaughter going viral for directing her parents. “It was so funny, because then they show Blue at the thing and Beyoncé sitting like this, and Blue saying, ‘Get up.’ And she walked on the stage. So, they call her the manager. She’s [a] bossy little Capricorn,” Tina joked, adding, “Like her grandma.” The 71-year-old also commented on Bey and Blue’s close bond. “Actually, her mother gives her advice. Her and her mother are really tight. And so, they don’t need me to give much advice. They tell me to mind my business, you know?” she shared. In addition to Blue, Beyoncé and Jay-Z also share 7-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
