A$AP Relli Breaks Silence After A$AP Rocky’s Not Guilty Verdict In Gun Assault Trial

A$AP Relli is breaking his silence after his former friend and collaborator A$AP Rocky was found not guilty on two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Two days after a jury unanimously found Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, not guilty after he was accused of shooting at his fellow hip-hop artist in 2021, Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron, is sharing a message on his Instagram Story. “Gossiping is a form of entertainment for people who have no meaningful goals or purpose in life, hate me, bring shame to my name, say bad things about me, I don’t care. Your existence doesn’t add any value in my life,” he wrote. His statement comes days after Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, called Relli an “angry pathological liar” who “committed perjury again and again and again” during his closing arguments. If Rocky had been found guilty, he could have faced up to 24 years in prison. “While today’s verdict is not the outcome we sought, we respect the jury’s decision and the integrity of our justice system,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said in a statement following the verdict. “Our office remains committed to seeking accountability for those who break the law, no matter their status or influence. Fame does not place anyone above the law, and we will not waver in our pursuit of justice for victims and the community.”
