Teresa Giudice knows how to take a joke!
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 52, proved she has a sense of humor after fans playfully roasted her recent Photoshop fail with pal Larsa Pippen. Teresa celebrated her fellow reality queen’s 50th birthday on July 6 with a photo of the pair posing together in swimsuits, but it didn’t take long for followers to notice that something was amiss.
Many were quick to point out the outline around the women’s bodies which indicated that the beach backdrop behind them was edited in, prompting a flood of comments wondering why Teresa would share such an obviously manipulated image.
“It’s giving Zoom background,” one person teased, while others demanded an explanation.
“What in the AI Clip Art is happening here?!” another wrote.
The post became a near-instant meme, with podcast host Christian Gray Snow pasting Teresa and Larsa’s image over various global landmarks including the Giza pyramids, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal and the Great Wall of China.
Another savvy user even put the TV personalities in outer space, jokingly referring to the pair as “the first women on the moon.”
Though Teresa didn’t provide any further context to her post, she did offer her seal of approval to the response as she reshared multiple memes on her IG story and admitted in one caption that she’s “loving all the comments lol.”
Some Bravoholics also noted that the mom of four could have enlisted one of her daughters to assist with tweaking the photo, but writer and producer Tracie Egan Morrisey wanted to uncover the true root of the issue.
“What in the world was the original background that this was preferable?” she asked.
