“New York” is back in action and ready to work for her new reality series.
Tiffany “New York” Pollard, who originally gained fame by competing for Flavor Flav’s heart on VH1’s “Flavor of Love” and “Flavor of Love 2,” has signed on for a new reality show called “New York Goes To Work,” according to the New York Post.
In the new series, Tiffany works a new job each week at places including a sewer plant, a fast-food restaurant and a mortuary. Each job will be voted on by viewers’ text messages and if the feisty reality star can last a whole week, she’ll earn $5,000. However, if she quits or get’s fired, she walks away with nothing.
After being dumped by Flavor Flav in the season finale of each “Flavor of Love” show, Tiffany earned another chance at love with “I Love New York” and “I Love New York 2.”
In 2008, Tiffany returned to the world of reality television in an effort to prove herself as a legitimate actress with “New York Goes To Hollywood.” In the season finale, she was offered a film role in exchange for giving up reality TV. Tiffany agreed to leave those days behind her, but said that if her acting career doesn’t work out- she’d return with another reality series.
Apparently the acting career didn’t work out, as she is now reportedly set for her sixth season of reality TV.
“New York Goes To Work” is scheduled to kick off in May on VH1.
