Dan Aykroyd Makes Cameo In ‘Ghostbuster’ Reboot

An original Ghostbuster will appear in the all-female “Ghostbusters” reboot!

Dan Aykroyd, who starred in the 1984 movie and the 1989 sequel, confirmed he makes a cameo in the Paul Feig reboot with Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon.

In a Tweet that has since been deleted, Aykroyd wrote, “On GB set shooting my scene with funny breautiful Kristen Wiig lady GB’S are adorable, hilarious and badass Exhilarating! #ghostbusters.”

In addition to making a cameo, the actor delivers an iconic line from Ray Parker Jr.’s theme song.

During a scene with Wiig, Aykroyd reportedly says, “I ain’t afraid of no ghosts!”

Wiig then reportedly replies with “That’s a double negative! That means you are afraid of ghosts!”
