“American Idol” winner Kris Allen doesn’t mind the attention he receives from his millions of fans – including Adam Lambert.
In Rolling Stone’s cover story with Adam this week, the rocker revealed he had a bit of a crush on his roommate, Kris, during their stay in the “Idol” mansion in LA.
“I was like, ‘Oh, s***, they put me with the cute guy … Distracting!” Adam said. “He’s the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group on the show … totally my type – except that he has a wife.”
And Kris’ reaction to Adam’s crush? “I’m flattered,” Kris told People, “And think it’s hilarious.”
They might not be rooming together anymore, but Kris and Adam are readying to embark together on the 52-date “American Idol 2009 Summer Tour” beginning July 5 in Portland, Ore.
