Kate Moss may take the stand this week in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard defamation trial. The supermodel and ex-girlfriend of Depp is expected to testify via video link on Wednesday and will be called by his legal team, NBC News has learned. News of her expected testimony comes weeks after Heard made a reference to Moss while testifying about an alleged altercation between Depp, herself and her sister, Whitney Henriquez.
